WHO IT'S FOR
For the pregnant working mom who's done guessing
You're a U.S. working mom, often in your second or third trimester, with a due date, a handbook and a benefits portal, and still no clear picture of how your leave will actually work.
- You keep saying, “I'll figure it out later.”
- You've read your handbook and somehow feel more confused.
- HR gave you answers, but you're not sure how everything fits together.
- You want to coordinate your leave with your partner.
- You don't want to figure this out by yourself anymore.
WHAT PLANNING SUPPORT COVERS
The pieces of your leave, in one place
Depending on your situation and the documents you provide, we look at how these may fit together:
- PTO, sick time and vacation balances
- Short-term disability, waiting periods and payout details
- Employer maternity, parental or bonding leave
- State paid family leave programs, where available
- FMLA and other job-protection rules
- Your partner's leave and your household bills
Planning estimates are clearly separated from confirmed benefits, so you never count on money or time before it's verified.

WHAT STILL NEEDS CONFIRMING
Some answers can only come from the source
I help you understand your documents and prepare the right questions. Final decisions belong to your employer, plan administrator, insurer and any applicable government agency. Before you count on it, confirm in writing:
- Whether you're eligible for each benefit, and when coverage starts
- Payment amounts, percentages, caps and waiting periods
- Whether benefits run at the same time or one after another
- Job protection dates and return-to-work requirements
- Notice, claim and paperwork deadlines
- Who administers each claim: HR, a carrier, payroll or your state
FAQ
Questions moms ask before they start
What's the difference between the Audit and the Blueprint?
The Audit reviews the maternity-leave documents you already have, flags what still needs confirmation and gives you the exact questions to ask. The Blueprint includes that review, then helps you get answers in writing and maps your confirmed information into a personalized leave roadmap, including coordinating with your partner.
I already talked to HR. Do I still need this?
Possibly. HR can explain the policy, but it's on you to know what to ask. Planning support helps you organize what HR told you, see what's still unclear and ask the follow-up questions that turn a general answer into a real leave plan.
My job doesn't offer maternity leave. Can you still help?
You may still have PTO, sick time, disability coverage, a state program, job-protection rights, a partner's leave or a supplemental policy to review. Planning helps you see what exists and what doesn't, so you can plan realistically instead of assuming there are no options.
I'm already pregnant. Is it too late?
It may be too late to enroll in certain benefits, especially ones with effective dates, waiting periods or pre-existing-condition rules. It's not too late to understand your current benefits, confirm your options, prepare paperwork and plan your cash flow.
Can you tell me exactly what I qualify for?
No. Eligibility, payments and approvals are decided by your employer, plan administrator, insurer or state program. I help you understand your documents, identify what needs confirmation and know exactly what to ask.
Can I stack all my benefits back to back?
Sometimes benefits can be used in sequence, and sometimes they overlap or are required to run at the same time. Your plan's rules decide, so the order is always confirmed in writing before you count on it.
Do you contact my employer or file claims for me?
No. I don't contact your employer, file claims or act on your behalf. You'll get the questions, scripts and next steps to do it yourself, with a clear paper trail.
How do I send my documents?
After you purchase, you'll receive the intake (Audit) or Verification Packet (Blueprint) with instructions. Please never send Social Security numbers, bank details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
