These Terms of Purchase & Refunds apply to every purchase from Lyla, a sole proprietor doing business as Her Time & Wealth (“Her Time & Wealth,” “we,” “us” or “our”), including digital products, the Maternity Benefits Audit, the Maternity Leave Blueprint and any app or beta access. They are part of our Terms & Conditions. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
Payment
Purchases are processed through Stan Store. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on each product page and may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already paid. You are responsible for any taxes or fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
Digital products
Digital products, such as guides, scripts, playbooks and templates, are delivered electronically, usually right after purchase. If you do not receive your download, check your spam folder, then email us and we will resend it. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
Planning services: Audit and Blueprint
- Scope. Each service includes only what is described on its product page at the time of purchase. Services are educational and organizational, based only on the information and documents you provide.
- Your submission. Delivery timelines begin once we receive your complete intake form and documents, not on the date of purchase. Incomplete or late submissions may delay delivery.
- Follow-up and updates. Any included follow-up support or update is limited to what the product page describes and must be used within the stated window.
- Limited spots. Some services have limited availability each month. If a spot is not available, we will tell you the next available start date.
- Unused services. If you do not submit your intake within 60 days of purchase, we may close your order without a refund. Email us if you need more time.
All sales final
Because our services involve time reserved for you and personalized work, and our digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for any product or service, including for change of mind, changes in your employment or benefits, or results that differ from what you hoped.
If something we delivered contains a clear error on our part, such as a missing file or incorrect information you gave us that we did not use, email us within 14 days of delivery and we will correct it.
No guarantee of outcome
Your purchase does not guarantee any leave length, payment, benefit, claim approval or other result. Final decisions are made by your employer, insurer, plan administrator and applicable law. See our Disclaimer.
Chargebacks
Please email us before contacting your bank so we can help. If you file a chargeback for a purchase that was delivered as described, we may dispute it with proof of delivery and your agreement to these terms, and we may end your access to our products and services.
Personal-use license
Everything you purchase is licensed for your own family's personal use only. You may not share, resell, copy or distribute it. See the intellectual property section of our Terms & Conditions.
