They apply to hertimeandwealth.com, our social media accounts, emails, quiz, app, digital products and services. By using any of them, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and our Terms of Purchase & Refunds. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Our intellectual property
All content on our website and social media and in our products and services, including text, scripts, templates, checklists, calendars, frameworks, graphics, videos, the M.A.P. Method, our app and our name and branding, is owned by Her Time & Wealth or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws.
When you buy a product or service, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own family's planning. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, publish, teach from, upload to AI tools for redistribution, or create competing products from our materials without our written permission. Sharing a link to our website or social posts is always welcome.
Testimonials and community
If you send us feedback or a testimonial, you agree we may share it, with your permission and with personal details removed. Please be respectful in our comments and messages. We may remove content or block accounts that are abusive, spammy or harmful.
Third-party sites and services
Purchases are processed through Stan Store, and we link to Instagram, Threads, government websites and other third parties. Your use of those sites is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website, content, products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We work hard to keep information current, but laws and policies change and we do not guarantee that any content is complete, accurate or up to date.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Time & Wealth and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost wages, lost benefits, denied claims, lost income, missed deadlines or employment decisions, arising from or related to your use of our website, content, products or services, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Her Time & Wealth and its owner from any claims, losses, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of our website, content, products or services, your decisions, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, no matter where you live. If a dispute comes up, please email us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve it within 30 days, you agree that any legal action will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Any claim must be brought within one year after it arises, and claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of a class action.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version here. Continuing to use our website or services after an update means you accept it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce any part is not a waiver.
