Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, social media handle, messages you send us, quiz answers, and the details you share on intake forms, such as your state, employer type, due date, leave goals and what you have been told about your benefits.

Documents you choose to share. If you purchase the Audit or Blueprint, you may send benefit summaries, handbook pages, HR emails or similar documents so we can prepare your materials.

Purchase information. Our products are sold through Stan Store, which processes payments. We receive your name, email and order details. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Netlify) and the services that load parts of our pages (such as Google Fonts) may automatically log technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device and the pages you visit.

Information you should never send us

We do not need, and ask you not to send, your Social Security number, bank or card numbers, full pay history, claim numbers, employee ID, passwords or medical records. If you send them by mistake, we will delete them as soon as we notice.

How we use your information

• To deliver the products and services you purchase, including your Audit, Blueprint, calendar reminders and follow-up support
• To respond to your messages and questions
• To send emails you signed up for, such as quiz results or resources (you can unsubscribe any time)
• To improve our website, content and offers
• To keep records required for business, tax and legal purposes, and to protect our rights

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business, such as Stan Store (payments and delivery), our email and file-storage providers and our website host, and only as needed for them to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety or property.

We will never share your benefit details, documents or story publicly without your written permission. Testimonials are shared only with permission and with personal details removed.

Health and benefits information

Her Time & Wealth is an educational business, not a healthcare provider or health plan, so we are not a “covered entity” under HIPAA. We still treat anything you share about your pregnancy, health or benefits as private, use it only to prepare your materials, and protect it with reasonable care.

How long we keep it

We keep client intake information and documents only as long as needed to deliver your service and any included follow-up, plus a reasonable period afterward for records. You can ask us to delete your documents at any time after your service is complete. Purchase records may be kept longer for tax and legal reasons.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.

Cookies

Our website does not use advertising cookies. Third-party services we link to or embed, such as Stan Store and Instagram, have their own cookies and privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.

Children

Our website and services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Information you share about your own baby or pregnancy as a parent is handled as described above.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when it last changed. Continuing to use our website or services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
